chapter ,next - previous button will always show in footer and scroll up-down with page,for this reason

[ol]1.much more quicker to view what chapter you reading ,instead of always scroll to the top page to see chapter list button as of now

2.much more quicker to change chapter since next or previous ,chapter list is right there always accessible[/ol]

[ul]it is a minor improvement but will help reading manga much more convenient ,anyway i hoping this will be implement ,anyway thank.[/ul]
