An agent from the future and a robot come to protect the mc from other robots. I remember the robot girl watches a lot of tv and copies movie quotes and scenes. It’s complete, isn’t that long. At the end the robot girl left and the agent and him have their memories erased. They become a couple and she’s pregnant when something triggers a memory and he recalls the robot girl saying “I’ll be back” and remembers everything and he jogs the agents memories. They remain together the end.

I'm not fairly sure, the beginning does remind me of "Boku ni Koisuru Mechanical" but I don't remember the girl getting pregnant at the end though they're still together.
