Distinction between a series being "completed" and the scanslation completed

[Apologies if this has been asked of before, didn't see it the the megathread.]

One of the old sites I used to frequent before finding mangadex would have 2 separated "completion" statuses. One for the completion of the original run of the series (publication status), and one to signify it has been fully scanslated. Think it would be nice for people who are looking for a completely finished series to read through without getting confused that though the series may be completed the scans are not.
Not sure how large a task that would be given mangadex hosts many different languages, and therefore would be too difficult to distinguish completion in English, in French, in Chinese, etc.

Previously suggested here. Looks like the main problem with this suggestion is that scanlation status is difficult to define with releases from multiple groups in multiple languages.
