Rather obviously, a word was translated as “bully” that should instead have been translated as “tease”.

The usual tripe about a dark-haired girl who is a victim and a blonde girl who is above it all and in complete control.
And the plot is beyond idiotic.
There really is a lot of terribly written yuri. If these people could only get over their obsessions with how they want dark-haired girls to be always portrayed as weak and blonde girls as strong they would write better stories.
