Automatic redirect in case of one-hit searches :maybe:

The search function could be improved so that, in case one knows exactly the series they want, they can type a word they know will yield just one result, and in this case instead of a search results page with just one title, the search function redirects to the single hit.

For example, if I want Kami-sama, kisama wo koroshitai, I can type just "koroshitai" and Search will take me straight to the page of the manga.

No idea how difficult this would be to implement into the current search system. However, I do know that we will be updating a ton of features over the summer. I'll mark this as Maybe until we find out what'll be in the search update.

Imo it's a good idea, at least on website not API... oh wait there's no search on API yet... ;-)
