So, just a small nitpick on the explanation of the last page.
It indeed includes working 24 hours all 365 days, but the guy in the meme is ordering it.
Like, instead of "Working 24 hours a day, 365 days a year" it's more of "(You must) work 24 hours, 365 days a year"
