Can't remember what this manga was

Okay so I read this years and years ago. No idea what the name was. I only remember 2 bits of specific information:

The guy has a first crush/love and he or she calls out to meet one day and he convinces himself after confessing, before she answers, that she is going to reject him so he runs away from it and goes back home or something and sleeps with his friend who is lonely. They stay in a relationship for awhile until...

The girl goes out with him sometime and they're in like a garden ish area and decides to break up with him because she knows he doesn't really love her and still likes the first girl. The flowers around them were hydrangeas and she says something about them as well.


If by some miracle someone knows the manga I'll love you forever cause it's killing me not to remember.
