Hey, I read somewhere in a reddit thread that in order to get the title of a manga changed, you needed to make a post on the forum; so here I am!
This is a previously dropped manga that we're going to pick up, and the previous scanlator incorrectly wrote the title from what I assume was an early description, as I can't find their cited title 「恋人いない歴＝年齢の女教師が子供扱いしてきた年の離れた幼馴染の生徒を意識してしまう話」anywhere. (It seems like a description anyway)

This should be "The Maiden With Zero Love Experience", as the title is「恋愛経験値ゼロの乙女さん」.

The "cited title", which is indeed at best a subtitle, is in the giant block of text seen here:
