Adding a tag that helps people search for manga translations in a given language.

If this were to be implemented, there would be the issue of incomplete translations. Unless you're talking about adding a tag for only completed translations, but that wasn't specified in your post.

Alternatively, sorting by latest update will respect language filters in the future, meaning that sorting by latest update will put mangos updated in your filtered language at the top.

Although "add tag" and one sentence isn't too much to go off of, I think OP meant that a tag should be added to know if something is actually translated in your filtered language (having tags like that would cause problems ofc).

The "last updated respects language filters" will do a lot to improve this when it's added tho.
