For one page-long chapters, hide the page bar

Admittedly this makes sense, but the problem here is the sudden difference from normal behaviour. If I implemented this I wouldn't be surprised if we started getting multiple reports complaining that their page bar keeps randomly disappearing.

True. How about making it optional, then? And/or make a splash message describing the behaviour next time people read a one-page chapter?

y

key. It seems sufficient to me for now.
