Like mentioned by someone else before,It would be nice if they were marked as watched after clicking the link or just visiting the chapter.
A really nice feature would be if the delayed chapters are in the follow list,as many people,including me, like to read them as early as possible and don't mind visiting the scanlation's site but don't watch 24/7 all scanlations for all their manga.
