A young Japanese man walks around town with a large cookbook strapped to his back, it's spine open and fixed to a particular page. We get the impression that he's a travelling cook. A young woman with a pony tail turns the corner onto his street and starts following him, getting closer, peering at the cookbook, flipping it's pages and smiling to herself. He opens her mouth as if about to order something but before she can get a word out the travelling cook veers off to the right and turns to where an older woman, overweight, with pearls, and ugly by all metrics, waits. She locks eyes with him and grins like a demon, to which he follows suit, like a parakeet mimicking his master. The man's eyes bulge out, his mouth expands by fives times, his head tilts back dangerously, and his right arm slims and elongates like Reed Richards from the Fantastic Four, his arm, which he uses to plunge down his own throat. Sounds of pain escape him but the smile stays fixed to his face as the crone beside him watches triumphantly, who smiles and sweats as if immensely turned on. Foam can now be seen spilling over his freakishly huge mouth, but the woman only watches as he turns himself inside out. A minute later and the act is over. His shoulders slump as if in defeat and exhaustion and the woman hands him a stack of money. He goes on his way.
