ability to export follow/mdlist lists as text

It would be useful to have as a backup option should the site ever go down, if user data is somehow compromised, if users lose account access, etc. I think this would be a useful option, especially for users who want to make this their main manga reading site but are worried about losing track of the manga they read by putting their eggs in one basket. It's obviously already possible to do the same by going through your lists one by one, but it would be very nice for quality of life. I did not find this same suggestion in the forum or the megathread.
