Cosmetic improvement for read chapter

Hi all,

Just a though on Manga Page, it would be great if the difference between read and unread chapter is a bit more visible than just the 'eye' icon.
I would suggest a cosmetic CSS changes like that for each read chapter row:

background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, .15);
font-style: italic;

For example, actually it's like that :

And with a slight change it would be :
