A warning page for hole in the whole chapters :implemented:

For example some manga has 1..50 chapters then skips to 60..65. Currently MangaDex directs users finished 50-th chapter straight to 60-th without any warnings. I think it would be more informative if there was some kind of template page warning user about the missing chapters instead with option to skip to 60-th chapter if user willingly decided to.
