Add link to scanlator's patreon/ko-fi on reader

First of all, I don't know if this already filed on megathread already under 3rd party site support, so I apologize if it is.

Guys, let's appreciate scanlators more: I would like to suggest adding a button or text somewhere on reader page that links to the scanlator group's patreon/ko-fi page. Also probably an option to disable it since some people may get annoyed with it.
