On one day of the week we start to watch a new series collectively through a streaming platform.

Doesn't have to be JoJo to start. We can decide with polls so the community can bring it down to one.

Leaving the merits or demerits of the main proposal aside...

Deciding what to watch with polls would be very democratic, but I would think it would also mean that the largest sub-group of watchers would always decide the type of content, possibly alienating the rest. If it's going to end up like that, it almost seems better not to invoke democracy in the first place, so it wouldn't ever turn into any sort of "us vs. them" thing among the voting groups...

...but perhaps I'm massively overthinking things. XD
