in (very) later chapters in the novel, Lily will evolve again, this time her power would allow her to replicate micro organism, creating them from scratch provided she remember the characteristic of the organism, and storing them in her body. Even Roland commented that if she has a sample of a virus/bacteria (ie. Anthrax), she's basically a walking biological WMD
