[BETA] Suggestion: Option to toggle on/off automatically loading the previous/next chapter.

I've had a couple of times accidentally loading the next chapter when scrolling (in Long Reader mode) to the last page. Then when trying to go back to the previous chapter by scrolling upwards, since some groups will use the same first page to promote their group, sometimes I accidentally go back a couple of chapters. It usually ends up with me manually selecting the chapter and slowly scrolling to the last page to reread what I missed, but I would like the option to have a confirmation window or button to load the previous/next chapter.

There's going to be an update to the long strip mode where there's a "notification" of the end of the chapter (as pictured below) as well a bit of a threshold to mouse wheel scrolling to prevent accidental turning to the next or previous chapter.
