Sort Follows by Number of Unread Chapters OR Flag Manga as "Up to Date"

This is something I'd really like, and it would help separate my reading section into stuff I'm starting from the beginning and stuff that I've already caught up with. One suggestion would be to sort manga by, or at least view the number of unread chapters. One way I thought of doing this would be to take the highest number chapter (in given language) and subtract the highest number read chapter (those with eye icon). I don't know if there is already structure in place to count the most recent chapter marked as "read." Otherwise, there could be an option to hide manga in follows that are "up-to-date" but not "completed." This would be different from the "filter read chapters" option currently planned, as hopefully there'd be a way to mark all previous chapters as read or something like that..
