While there is a "Sort by unread chapters" item on the planned list, this would also be an option to easily show the remainder of what you're currently reading.
An option / checkbox (in settings or on the Follows page itself) to hide all chapters that you have read seems handy.

For people that have this one in their reading list, it would help as well since it sometimes drowns out other series:
