Different book icon near manga in a list to show if it has is complete

...in any of the currently selected filter languages. By complete I mean it has all sequential main chapters + end-tagged chapter. Open book icon - ongoing, closed book icon - complete.

ps: no title-editing and thread deletion is not working properly, it keeps the thread if last/only message deleted? >_<
