Title-Attributes double escaped and bugs in mobile layout

[li]On some pages, the title attributes are double escaped (I noticed this on the front page, not sure about others;

[li]Searchfield in mobile layout is not accessible on desktop (FF and Chrome on Linux): Clicking does not focus, you can only type after a click on the search button, which automatically focuses the text field[/li]
[li]When a chapter is not yet available in mobile layout there is a scrollbar at the bottom[/li]

@Teasday, 1. is still not fixed (at least on homepage I just saw " in a title), 2 & 3 as well...

Note to 1: I also just noticed it on manga titles in group chapter list and on follows (probably from the same class?)
