Reader settings are ignored when viewing a new chapter

When viewing a chapter of "She Hates Me", the reader is set to "Fit width" and "Long Strip"; however, my preferred settings are "Fit container" and "Single page". The preferred settings are not forgotten, and are still shown as selected if I click on Settings:

Restoring the reader to use the preferred settings then requires clicking on the options that are already displayed as selected.
Moving to a new chapter in the same manga causes the settings to reset back to "Fit width" and "Long Strip".

A quick check indicates that the same thing happens with other manga that have the Long Strip tag so it may be intended functionality that manga with that tag force the reader into long strip mode, but at a minimum the settings menu should not require me to click on options that already appear to be selected in order to actually apply them.

I agree, that's very annoying feature. Add "force user settings" checkbox or remove enforcing of default settings.
