The problem with author search :planned:

I get this issue a lot of time when i click to the author/artist name to find more. the search result is confused since it include all the one have that word in their name.
I know create something like each author have a their profile page like MAL of bakaupdate is cost ton of work like rewrite massive number of author.
so is it possible if you guys can add at least " " feature. it will only show the result for the word i search for
