[Reading] Make "Hide navbar" Permanent Until Turned Back Off/On :implemented:

For binge reading in both long strip and single page reading mode, could it be possible to have the feature to hide the navbar permanently until it's turned back on again, rather than have it pop open every single time a chapter ends? It gets really annoying when you have to close it repeatedly, especially when reading multiple chapters at a time in full-screen long-strip mode. (Didn't see this in the megathread, so sorry if it's been suggested again.)
