So, the issue is like this: when someone goes into his follows tab he will see any release of the manga he's following.

the problem is the he will also see all the languages that manga is been translated to. can we add an option to filter out languages that are different from the one we know?

so for example an option like "show only the following languages" and a list of languages

This kind of filter is already implemented.
Just change language filter in globe toggle then the follows tab will only show the language you choose
