Language filter doesn't support 20 or more languages

You can select 19 languages but if you select 20 it automatically selects all of them.
A quick way to check this is to select all the languages and then unselect one and save, you'll see they are all selected.

Not a bug. It's intended that you can't display more than 19 language, for now(?).
