Anyone recognise the name of this manga?

Its already been a long time since i read it, so it may be a bit vague...


Basically, there is a government project that deals with some kind of arranged marriage with some kind of 'perfect child' percentage consideration.. (basically, the chance of those couple make a good child, if they ever try to make a child).

There is a (i believe its a twin) brother and sister, the sister is very popular (maybe even an idol) but the brother is a loner. At their 18'th birthday, they got matched with a 99.999% Percentage (which is very rare at that time). At first, they both dont know that their match will be their own twin, and they met each other awkwardly. As time passes on, they realized that they love each other...
