Hi New Here and Need Help

Hi Just migrated from another site and had a few questions.
First off is there any way to sort my follows by alphabetical/genre?
Second is there a "read up to date" kind of check?
Lastly is there a way to make my follows only show a single language updates? For instance I am seeing lot of updates in my follows that are not in english and i want to ignore those. Is there a way to do this?
