Colored-Manga that's partially RAW\OFFICIAL?

Is partly raw\official manga allowed. Most scancs that have fully been translated have been edited to crap. but the raws\official have more detail to work with. The problem is that raws have the japanese text that are on top of the drawings and cant be removed. and the official is, official...

@nxisuichick I'm not understanding what you're asking or what colored manga has to do with any of it. Neither pure raws nor rips of official translations are allowed on the site, but the vast majority of the scanlations are obviously based on them, so I guess you could say all scanlation is essentially "partly raw" by definition. The original text on top of drawings is usually either left alone or cleaned away and redrawn.

Using a panel like this when there is a better quality panel but a lot harder to clean with the overlaying text. Where you could use an official panel, where the quality is the same just for this panel, or just leave it in raw, which is also technically official.

And for a full official panel, i mean something like this. where the text is less and the quality is better.(Opening pages with no story)

I was still just as confused until I realized that you post fan-colored versions and probably weren't talking about officially colored manga. Are you asking if you can substitute some pages of a scanlated chapter with official pages for the purpose of fan-coloring them? The short answer is obviously no, same as the scanlation isn't allowed to just use some official pages. However, you're free to use official rips as the basis, as long as you re-translate and/or clean and re-typeset them. This includes SFX and other similar stuff the official release changed about the original.
