is it possible to only see a selected language (in my case english) in the manga I follows? would be way more clear and easy to see the new chapters, I suppose this is already possible but i can't manage to find it

If you press that cogwheel on the top bar next to your profile name, there would be some personal settings.
Set the "filter chapter language" to English and that should normally do the trick
