Mouse Wheel to Change Pages Not Working

After the infrastructure upgrade and a browser cache wipe, my mouse wheel no longer functions as a method to change pages while reading.

@Dookie If you just wiped your cache, you might have forgotten to set mouse wheel turn from the settings, since it's disabled by default. It's hidden as an advanced setting, although now that I think about it I don't know why. Anyway, if that's not the issue, what browser are you using? It seems to work just fine on the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome.
