@Oestov I dunno anything about plot or story, I haven't read any chapter. I got the info about those tags by Google search, then in baka manga update website.

But in the comments section of 1st chapter in mangadex, someone TheFiller claims to have "read" the raws upto chapter 30ish 34 and says that it's 80% rape and 20% plot.

So there you have it, do what ya want with this knowledge.
