What is the name of this manga?

I'm looking for a manga that I read the first chapter of a while ago.
This middle aged guy who is a neet wakes up one day as a girl in her late teens early 20's, but thinks that he is just having a dream, so he strips butt naked and runs around town, then gets arrested and questioned by the police for public indecency. After that, he realizes he is awake, and that he in fact has actually turned into a girl.

Does anyone know the name of this manga?
