Can you add the ability for users to add Twitter links that are related to the manga?

I find it useful to be able to follow the author/artist (each of which may have more than 1 person listed) just to see what's going on, or scroll through my twitter feed and see if they've released a new chapter.

I don't have a problem with the underlying idea, but Mangadex shouldn't be privileging Twitter; whatever facility (if any) allowed a link to Twitter should also instead offer an ability to link to an account at a rival site, such as Gab, nor should it be locked-in to support only for such sites as exist now.

Related to following an artist, this is a feature for author pages, whenever we can get around to implementing them.
