Add links for non-English official releases :planned:

Hey,

I initially posted this on the Discord channel who got nuked to oblivion right after, so once again:

Can you allow the link of Official Releases for other countries/languages than English?
Even though it might be surprising, there are other languages than English here! (*cough* France biggest manga consumer in the West *cough*)

Also, having a little flag instead of that box would be pretty nice!
And maybe the name of the publishing company, something like: Français officiel (Kana)

I'll add this somehow when I improve multi language support for the manga page.
Because I want the manga page to show language specific things if you have your display set to French, for example (with English fallback, of course).
So if you set your display language to French, you'll see French name, description, scanlation status, and links etc.
