Option to hide chapter on front page follows

The "Latest updates" in actual follow tab has the option to mark as read.
Would it possible to add option to hide individual chapters from the follows on the front page? Something like a cross to hide the chapters
/sometimes its hard to remember what the manga is just from the name in japanese, I use the front page to check new updates/

I hope uploading the image worked and explains it clearly .
