reading book vanished

Hello,
I notice some series I have put on "reading" vanished from my MD list.
There is some sort of definite number of series I can put on "reading" ?

PS: That dosen't limit à "reading" but everything, I find some "plan to read" and "dropped" too.

@Kingdo It might be because of the current Database desync problem MD is having. MD doesn't have a limit on number of manga you follow.
