@simca27 I'm pretty new to this. It took me maybe uhh, 30 hours to do this chapter? I'll focus on my exams first then I'll come back to this. Also, I literally spent like maybe a total of maybe a total of 50 hours dedicated to learning japanese to get up to this point (excluding watching anime and translating this and a previous situation of tsugumomo/another crappy harem series i forgot), I'll need to spend way more time. Just doing this chapter actually let me learn quite a fair bit of kanji by itself so I definitely plan on doing this again in the future although low quality raws where it is next to impossible to read certain kanji is certainly demotivating (I had to rely on kanjitomo for that and then I pick the best character based on the context and then dump them into google translate for better interpretation options). Watching anime did provide me with some benefits though as I pick up on grammatical cues which can't really explained well, like differentiating particles は and が when used as a topic marker.

I used to translate anime from english to french, and the tl + sync of the subtitle is a pain in the ass. but less then learning japanese and redrawing xD

For 20m episode it usualy took me 3-5 hours >< it's something like 150-200 line of text.

Anyway, I wont start the manga since I can't start something if there is a lot of missing chapter, i'll eventualy start it one day if someone pick it up or if you find the time to do it

iirc that's just borderline porn and ended up in lesbian sex or something. Apparently it was the first time the actors engaged in something like that deep in the film too but I think they did alright considering that afaik, they are straight. Story wise was nyeh. Something interesting to note is that the amazon descriptions of each volume kinda tells you what happens in the predecessor novel so yeah, I can already tell that it's way different to the live action.

Reading into the summary of the 11th volume I'm actually more motivated to translate this but I'll be way too slow to do this entire series on my own, plus the supply of raws aren't exactly easy to obtain. Like to actually buy a novel from japan to australia you first need to ship it to somewhere like america or have them distributed to a re-mailing service, and then remailed from eastern australia to western australia which is going to very much easily cost like 100 bucks per delivery for the manga whose original price is like 8 bucks a volume so I'd have to definitely do them in a batch. I'd yeah, need a paying job before I can do that considering my savings are about 5-10 bucks per week on average as a student on a student fund, which terminates next year. Technically I shouldn't even be able to save money on my current economical plan.

Most of the scanlation group find their chapter on website from 20 cent to 1$ the chapter.

@simca27 Not exactly easy to find. I grabbed mine off some dodgy place on the internet and that's the only place I could find volumes 5 onwards. Up to volume 4 you can get them from various places. Actually the raws up to chapter 20 are on raw sen but are kinda shitty quality iirc, I'd need a cleaner.
