How to add new language interface to adding new chapters?

Hi, there! I have some troubles, would be nice if someone help me out. So, here's a thing.

I would like to add new chapters on Kazakh language, but in the language list I couldn't find it. As I understand it, firstly I have to add new language interface or something like that.

How can I do that? Thanks to all.

You can't.

It's something we will need to add.

@ixlone How can I be of service to you? Like translate something into Kazakh? Because this is my native language.

You can apply to have access to the translation page for adding translations for your local language. But probably not needed yet as we are working on a full translation version of the site for v5 of site and not just the few things we have available for translation currently.

For just adding manga it's just a few changes we need to make on our end so nothing would be needed from you - something we will try get around to doing soon™
