Looking for short manga

I'm looking for a manga, forget if it's a long oneshot or 1 tankobon. The story is about a guy that visited the place where her gf/crush died every year. The gf, in some kind of afterlife, tried to stop him from visiting by using divine intervention because that place is dangerous. The guy pushed through and finally the girl's soul met the guy and he moved on
