I am hoping it can avoid the trap of never changing the relationship of ML and FL, but also never changing the shtik. And suddenly 30+ chapters have gone by and the fans are gone. If anything, I think that their relationship could experience a slow transition and the humor would be in the experiences and shenanigans that happen during the transition.
