This is another one where I don't think I need to tell you jazz fans about what this chapter is named after, because it's such a popular tune.
In any case, for all of you who don't know Bird, this chapter is named after Charlie Parker's 1946 tune, "Confirmation", which is widely regarded as one of the most complex jazz standards, using lots of rapid chord changes, requiring dexterous fingering to play properly.
