not every manga with fanservice needs to be labeled ecchi. by your logic ouran high scholl should be labeled shounen ai because all the scenes with the twins.

This plan came to mind in 1.5 seconds of the MC dilemma.
Get some cleaning tools, enter both bathrooms for 5 minutes, exit and return to work.
As a employee maintenance of the WC would be seen as natural and no one would have said anything.
Or of course the simplest solution, lock the damn door.
