Basically its just a fantasy fulfilled.
If you are reading this just for the lewd drawings alone, it might be a little troublesome as there will only be 1 lewd drawing per chapter.
Story wise, i think there is no story except for the plot twist at that 1 chapter.
The whole charm of this manga is how the girls react, and also some of the chapters are colored so its a plus.
Over all a good manga to waste time and see some lewd illustrations.
10/10 for lewdness
7/10 for story(consistent story MC wants to see some lewds)
9/10 for drawings(+ 1 for colored ones)
