Add Kitsu.io link on Manga Page:implemented:

Kitsu.io allow various comic, from webtoon, South East Asian comics, Hong Kong comics, and more. They add a ton of comics that not allowed on MAL. Their platform itself also great per-chapter discussion.

I hope MangaDex will add Kitsu link, so I don't need to search the manga entry again when I want to keep my list updated.
