This TV speech feels so like ruissa. People in position of authority spewing shit (it's your fault you helped slaves and now they revolting!) and pushing their agenda (turn citizen against e-team and add even more hatred like terrorist didn't do enough of that, which was very beneficial for RHD btw) while the opposition is absolutely powerless to do anything. Thins manga portrays dirty aspects of human interactions very well.
