So, I stumbled upon a manga called Sky Sky by Prema-ja
It's a one-shot silent manga, and there's a chapter, despite there are no dialogue. Only the first and last page got translated first page everything else is Japanese
It's hard to read silent mangas if they're already filtered with a language, even tho there're no dialogues

One miiight argue that uploading a scan of a manga with no dialogue would constitute a violation of rule 2.1

Theres some exceptions to the official release type uploads such as https://mangadex.org/title/30308/modern-mogal (its uploaded with permission from the artist), or Bugcat-Capoo (It doesnt have dialog, but the title/first page of each IS translated. which technically makes it a scanlation)
