I am always got that. Its like been a week. Sometimes the error appear and i am always reload but it keep appeared. But sometimes the manga will reload, and then error again like "no chapter" or "id undefined"

Yeah i had the same problem. And its not even for old chapter. I got that on recently updated manga too.

This isn't a bug. I'm pretty sure it's the servers being overloaded. No point complaining about it, it can't be fixed. What can be fixed is the communication about such issues.

Yes is just a bug of connection don't worry but maybe Mangadex need to make some ajustement in your nginx.conf in order to avoid giving valuable information about your system just add

server_tokens off;

In your http config of nginx in order to not show value.
